We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You may try on the item to check if the size fits you.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@fairshirts.co and let us know whether you want a refund or an exchange, and in the case of an exchange, please indicate the size you need. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and assist you throughout the process as much as possible.

Please note that certain items, such as custom-made products, cannot be returned. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
