Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the value of the products, but the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
